How do you ship products?

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Delray Beach, Florida, USA.

DOMESTIC (USA): Our company utilizes the services of the United States Post Office (USPS) for all domestic shipments within the USA. Depending on the customer's preference, orders are shipped using Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Express Mail, or FREE shipping via Ground Advantage if selected. The USPS specifies that Ground Advantage has an average delivery time of 3-5 days, although in some cases, it may take longer. Priority Mail, on the other hand, has an average delivery time of 2-3 days.

If you have a specific deadline that falls within 5 days from the purchase date, we highly recommend selecting the Express Mail shipping option during the checkout process to ensure timely delivery. While the USPS generally performs exceptionally well in delivering our shipments on time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Express Mail packages are typically received the next day, but it is important to note that this is not a guaranteed service.


INTERNATIONAL:Our company utilizes the services of the United States Post Office (USPS) for shipping. We cater to international customers by providing options such as First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, and Express Mail International for their convenience. When opting for USPS First Class Mail International, it is important to note that this method may not be the best choice if time is of the essence, as delivery could potentially take up to 3 weeks. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that First Class Mail International does not come with tracking information. We are not currently using USPS to ship to Canada due to the postal strike. You can chose U.P.S.Standard as an alternative, however we are not liable for any customs fees that may be incurred.

For a faster delivery option, customers can choose Priority Mail International P, which typically has a delivery timeframe of 6-10 business days on average. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and any international conditions that may affect the shipment.

If expedited shipping is required, Express Mail International is the recommended choice, with a delivery timeframe of 3-7 business days. It offers a quicker turnaround time compared to the other shipping options available.

It is important to be aware that any additional fees or charges imposed by the customer's country upon delivery are not the responsibility of Alldogboots.com. Customers should be prepared for any potential customs or import fees that may apply when receiving their package.

Orders are usually shipped on the same day if they are placed by 2pm EST, with the exception of weekends. Please be aware that orders will not be shipped on Sundays or postal holidays, which can be found on the USPS website. Additionally, it is important to note that during periods of high mail volume, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.


We currently ship to many destinations around the world. You will see your shipping destinations as you complete the checkout process. Please contact us for other destinations that are not listed under the shipping location choices.


Orders made with date contingent comments will be sent regardless of whether we think it will arrive by that date or not. Cancellations are not accepted. Please view our Return / Exchange Policy to read about acceptable returns.
