You can conveniently find sizing charts on each product page of our website. If you need further assistance in selecting the right size of paw-wear for your beloved pet, please don't hesitate to contact us. Original packing slip must accompany returns. Alldogboots.com allows returns on all products, excluding dog socks, leg warmers, and toys, within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30-day period, only store credit will be provided. Please be aware that dog socks and leg warmers are considered final sale due to sanitary reasons, and returns will not be accepted for these items. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition with tags attached and all original packaging included.
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return items. We do not offer return labels and an RMA is not necessary for your return. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately.
